PreTronics Standard On-Site Rates
- Callout £130 (includes the first hour on site).
- Additional time on site £70 per hour.
- Travel 50p per mile.
All prices are plus V.A.T. at the current rate.
In order to provide a fairer callout for customers some distance from Cheltenham, which in the past has meant a high travel charge, PreTronics has re-structured its callout pricing. This now consists of a fixed callout, for the work involved, and a mileage element to cover the travel costs.
PreTronics accepts requests for service between the hours of 9am to 5pm, monday to friday. In most cases our experience will be able us to ascertain the cause of the fault and advise if you need a visit. PreTronics will then be able to tell you what costs are involved. Any replacement parts, either repaired or new, carry an on site replacement warranty for ninety days from the date of install. We will usually require payment in full on completion of any repair or service when chargeable.
