Equipment service at a fixed cost, payable monthly.
- Unlimited telephone support.
- Priority for breakdown calls.
- Discounted labour/travel/parts rates.
PreTronics accepts requests for service between the hours of 9am to 5pm monday to friday. In most cases with our experience we will be able to ascertain the cause of the fault and advise if a visit is necessary. Any replacement parts, either repaired or new, carry an on site replacement warranty for ninety days from the date of install.
